New tenants for Gare Maritime at Tour&Taxis

Nextensa 's thrilled to announce that Gare Maritime at Tour & Taxis has signed a new commercial lease with Silence l Leader in Urban Eco Mobility, a new-generation brand that specializes in 100% electrical scooters and micro-cars. This is the first SILENCE Brand Store in Belgium and it will be a real destination store that fits perfectly with our Gare Maritime environment and positioning. We can't wait to welcome them in March 2023!

But, there's more! We have also signed a lease with AXL GREEN, a Health & Beauty operator that will offer a hairdresser area, a beauty salon, a barber corner, and a nail bar on a 274m2 surface. AXL GREEN will start operating on May 1st, and we are looking forward to bringing them onboard.
