WHITE HOUSE, located in the Cloche d'Or district, is now fully leased!

We're thrilled to announce that our new office building, WHITE HOUSE, located in the Cloche d'Or district, is now fully leased! Nextensa and PROMOBE have signed a 9-year lease with an international company for the entire WHITE HOUSE building, as well as the ground and first floors of the adjacent EMERALD building, totaling 8,300 square meters.

WHITE HOUSE is a 7-story building with a basement level providing 40 parking spaces. The building is BREEAM excellent certified and uses the CRREM® method to promote decarbonisation and climate change resilience in the EU real estate sector.

We're excited to be part of this fast-growing community, which already has a population of 25,000 people and is projected to have more than 45,000 residents, students, workers, and visitors by 2035.
