BEL Towers is Nextensa’s latest urban development project. The iconic Belgacom Towers are being transformed into a vibrant, multi-purpose and sustainable urban landmark. With minimal impact on the planet and maximum added value for the local area.

Description

BEL Towers will combine work, living, learning, and leisure in one inspiring environment in 115,000 m² :

  • 58,000 m² premium offices for international organizations, tech companies, start-ups, and law firms

  • 50,000 m² residential apartments and student housing

  • 11,000 m² public amenities including a school for 500 students, a 100-seat auditorium, coworking spaces, fitness facilities, and rooftop terraces

  • 2,400 m² retail and horeca to animate the street level

  • Parking and 1,000 bicycle spaces promoting sustainable mobility

The towers retain their iconic structure while being transformed into an open, inclusive hub where professionals, residents, and visitors come together. Works are scheduled to start in late 2026, with completion planned between Q2 and Q4 2028.

  • Biodiversity & green spaces: over 1 hectare of indoor and outdoor greenery, rooftop gardens, terraces, and habitats for birds and insects.
