Eosys is a new office development by Nextensa and Promobe, through their joint venture Grossfeld, located on Boulevard Raiffeisen in the heart of Cloche d’Or, Luxembourg’s growing business district.

Designed by architect Andrew Philips, the building rises 13 storeys, including two underground levels, and provides 12,355 m² of modern, flexible office space. It includes practical amenities such as a wellness and fitness area, meeting and training rooms, coffee corners, and a landscaped terrace on the 7th floor.

Nearly 9,500 m² has been leased to PwC Luxembourg, highlighting the building’s suitability for larger office tenants.

Completion is expected in September 2027, establishing Eosys as a contemporary and sustainable workplace within the evolving Cloche d’Or district.
