Description

Emerald
Delivered in the third quarter of 2023, the Emerald building offers approximately 6,880 m² spread over 6 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. With BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certifications, this building reflects our commitment to sustainability and occupant well-being. Emerald is fully leased to top-tier tenants such as Intertrust Group, Stibbe, and PwC Luxembourg, ensuring a high-quality professional environment.
White House
Delivered in the first quarter of 2024, White House covers approximately 6,515 m² with 6 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. This building also boasts BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certifications, ensuring superior environmental performance. White House is 100% leased to the Intertrust Group, demonstrating the trust major companies place in our projects.
Stairs
Currently under construction, the Stairs building is set to be delivered in the second quarter of 2026. With a surface area of approximately 9,700 m² spread over 12 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, this building will be BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold certified, positioning Stairs as a leader in sustainability. A binding sales agreement amounting to €107.5 million was signed in August 2024 and will be completed upon the building's delivery.
Lofthouse
In the planning phase, Lofthouse will offer approximately 5,000 m² over 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certifications are planned, reflecting our continued commitment to environmentally responsible construction. Advanced negotiations are ongoing with a potential tenant, and construction will start upon the signing of a lease agreement.
The Rock
Also in the planning phase, The Rock will provide approximately 8,700 m², with design flexibility to meet the needs of future tenants. This project will be BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certified, and discussions with potential tenants are underway. Construction will only begin once a certain level of pre-letting has been achieved.
